We are a niche business specialising in transforming small outdoor spaces into thoughtful urban gardens. 

This is a hands-on design role where you will be involved from the initial consultation and concept, right through to the execution of work on-site with our team of landscapers and gardeners. 

 

As a designer, you will be working with our clients to understand their garden goals and have the ability to transform these into thoughtful design plans and quotes, and present them to your clients. You will also be leading our team of installers and gardeners to ensure that your designs are installed on time and on budget.

 

We will provide full training on our design and quoting systems, however for this particular role, there are some key skills that you’ll already possess:

• Formal qualifications in garden/landscape design.

• Good plant knowledge.

• Attention to detail and a creative can-do attitude.

• Excellent people skills.

• Willingness to learn and progress.

• A drive to achieve.

• Full driver's license.
